Who can apply to be a mentee?
We welcome professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow in their careers through mentorship and guidance.
How much time does the program require?
Most mentees meet with their mentors once or twice a month over a three to six month period. The schedule is flexible and designed to fit into your work life.
How are mentors chosen for me?
Mentors are carefully matched based on your industry, goals, values, and leadership interests. You will complete a short intake form to help us make an intentional match.
What kind of support will I receive?
You will have access to a mentee guide, conversation prompts, and check-in opportunities with the BW Empowerment team. Our goal is to make the experience meaningful and well-supported.
Is there a cost to participate?
Yes. There is a program fee to take part in the mentorship experience. This cost helps support the matchmaking process, program resources, and ongoing guidance provided to both mentors and mentees. It also ensures that every participant is fully committed to their professional growth.
