With nearly three decades at New York Public Radio, including serving as Chief Diversity Officer and executive leadership team member, Brenda led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on culture, leadership development, and organizational alignment.

Today, as President and CEO of BW Empowerment LLC, she coaches executives, senior leaders, founders, and business owners through moments of growth, transition, and self-definition.
